YogaSpeech Class Information
Our Director, Stacie Gray, teaches classes to children, teens, and adults. She also works privately with individuals, couples, or families.
Stacie received her yoga certification from Nosara Yoga Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica in the techniques of teaching yoga, postures, conditioning movements, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, yoga philosophy, practice teaching, professional and ethical business practices and self-development as a yoga practitioner and teacher. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through the yoga alliance and a nationally certified speech-language pathologist (CCC-SLP) through the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).

Children's Classes:
YogaSpeech children’s classes are geared to children, ages 3-6, 6-9, or 9-11. Classes are for children at all levels and follow themes. The Sanskrit language is used in unique ways to teach yoga to children. As a speech-language pathologist, our director also develops programs to meet the needs of children with speech and language impairments through yoga.
Classes are developmentally appropriate, multi-sensory and fun! Instruction is tailored to children with an understanding of their unique needs, energy levels, and understanding when it comes to yoga. Children build confidence and strength whild learning focus, concentration, and balance.
Stacie brings a unique perspective to teaching children as both a nationallly certified speech-language pathologist, and a yoga instructor certified through the National Yoga Alliance. She instructs children through a developmentally appropriate, multisensory approach to learning yoga that is fun fun fun!
Classes are 6 weeks for $80 and meet once a week. (Price includes NMGRT.)
Reservations are required for drop-in and session classes. Call or email to confim attendance.
Children will need yoga clothes, water bottle, and a yoga mat for the first class.
A few extra mats are available to borrow but must be reserved in advance when you register for the class.
Adult Classes:
Classes are vinyasa flow to music. Attention is brought to breathwork, alignment, specific postures (asanas), movement, relaxation, meditation, and bringing awareness to your body in the present moment. The class goal is to bring fun, energy, balance, and an understanding of something new each time we meet!

Couples classes:
Couples classes are geared to learning strategies that aim to build intimacy and a deeper connection between couples in a safe environment. Individual and partner postures are taught as well as many other techniques.

Additional Classes and Services
Adult classes are vinyasa flow to music. Attention is brought to the asanas (physical postures), alignment, dharana (concentration), pranayama (breathing techniques), and dhyana (meditation).
Stacie teaches classes and meets privately with individuals, couples, and families for specialized instruction and therapeutic sessions. She meets clients in her private studio or she can come to your home or workplace.
